I know I’m not the only one who is struggling by the end of winter. We’ve been cooped up inside for months, by next Monday we’ll have made it through 5 major holidays and fresh, local produce is a distant memory. But spring is coming and it’s time to dust off those healthier habits and use them a bit. 🙂

From April 2-15th I’ll be leading a FREE group where we’ll be focusing on:

  1. Drinking 3 glasses of water each day
  2. Eating 5 servings of produce each day
  3. An optional daily challenge…just a little something to take 1 more step toward your goals

And there’s nothing to buy. I will be opening 2-3 spots for my online 1-on-1 coaching in April and many of my clients have come from short term challenges, but there is no cost or expectation that people will buy anything just because they participate in a challenge. I love getting to to work with new people and be encouraged by their approaches to a healthy life!

My challenges, and for that matter my coaching, do not require women to buy any special foods or equipment. We start wherever you are and build from there with real, normal food that fits into your life and budget. Some women will jump in and go all organic, eating 10 servings of veggies a day…others will swap in brown rice for pasta and focus on cooking at home more than picking up fast food. Healthy eating is a continuum and my goal is to help each woman find her own sweet spot that’s sustainable and enjoyable.

If you’re ready to clean up your daily habits, one day and one step at a time, we’d love to have you join us for our FREE 14-day Spring Cleaning for Your Health Challenge. Registration is open and we’ll be starting April 2nd! Click below to join or ask questions…
