Bright Spots
My clients have blown me away this week with their willingness to push themselves…to get more produce into their meals, to be healthy examples to their families, to sneak physical activity into their days and to experiment with new foods.
We’ve had bright spots all over the place (some of which I hope to share with you soon!) because they’ve been willing to move out of their comfort zone, past what they’ve ‘always done,’ to experiment with something new.
